THREE-LEVEL TOPOLOGY FOR SINGLE-PHASE SOLARS
Vincotech's new flowPACK 1 H6.5 provides 50 A, 75 A or 100 A @ 650 V with low-voltage ride-through capability in packages optimized for switching frequencies up to 25 kHz. This ingenious three-level, H6.5 topology is available now in 12 mm, 4-tower flow 1 housings equipped with solder pins or with Press-fit pins.
Featuring an IGBT S5 chip, flowPACK 1 H6.5 modules are a very smart alternative indeed for single-phase solar applications.
