NPI Program Manager (all genders)

The position is based in Europe (Bicske, Hungary and flexible option to home office), occasional business travel.

Headquartered in Unterhaching near Munich, we also own and operate a plant in Bicske, Hungary, and maintain sales offices around the world. Our global team of 900 people welcomes you to Vincotech, a Mitsubishi Electric Corporation company.

Your skills are in demand. We need you to:

• Take overall responsibility for developing and rolling out new products
• Manage projects’ personnel, organize meetings, coordinate and follow up
• Manage new product developments; prepare (plan, schedule and budget resources and time), track
  (compare progress to baseline plan) and wrap up projects
• Ensure projects’ technical, time and budgetary goals are met to facilitate mass production
• Liaise with R&D, operations, product marketing, sales and customers
• Flexibly adapt projects to rapidly changing demand
• Report the project’s status weekly and monthly to customers, management and sales

Your credentials are persuasive. You have:

• Advanced engineering qualifications (degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering)
• At least three years’ experience working for electronics manufacturers
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• A good grasp of the financial, economic and technical aspects of electronics engineering
• Experience putting project management methods into practice
• Experience coordinating project-related tasks delegated to other departments’ staff
• High-performing capabilities, a methodical approach and excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills and the focus to monitor tasks attentively
• Experience defining, delegating and monitoring tasks clearly and precisely
• A customer-centric outlook
