VINcoSIM is a web-based integrated simulation environment to support your power electronics design. It provides calculations for semiconductor losses and predictions for junction temperatures for Vincotech power modules. Starting from simple configuration of key parameters such as voltages, currents and switching frequencies, the software gives a proper estimation for the operation conditions of the power module in real application. The results are based on real measurements taken from each module.
